Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Addie Brands cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. 

We do not allow shipments to P.O Box type address.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Your order should take about 2 to 5 days once it has shipped depending on your location. You can track your package with the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your Addie Brands apparel or accessory should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks after it has been shipped. Please be patient - it is on its way! 

We can no longer track an order once it has cleared customs. You should receive a customs number via email once your package has been shipped. This number will assist you to track down your package once it has been sent.

DUTIES

Some countries may charge import duties or other fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for such fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.

LOST PACKAGES

Addie Brands is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact shipping address provided at the time the order has been placed. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

RETURNS

Our return policy is that products must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt.  If 14 days has elapsed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of email confirmation, please contact your financial institution or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.  If you have already attempted to verify the refund with your financial institution or credit card company, please contact us at laureen@addiebrands.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laureen@addiebrands.com

 Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs upon arrival or first month of wear. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out, but there is always human error. If this happens to be the case, please drop us an email. SIZING

Please measure your pet before making your purchase. The majority of sizing for our pieces can be found product page through the size guide pop up, unless otherwise stated in the description. If you feel that you received an item that just won't fit… please let us know! We will do our best to work with you to get the perfect fit.

WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?

Our fabrics are sourced both locally and internationally. We do our best to draw from the resources around us, unfortunately, if a certain fabric is discontinued those styles may not be re-stocked. Our designs differ from season to season, and we always do our best to keep different variations of our best sellers in stock at all times.

STOCK INVENTORY

We make every attempt to ensure that our online store’s stock count is up to date but sometimes an item that is shown to be available be out of stock.  As we have numerous Pop up Shops throughout the year, items may sell out faster than we can update the website.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, by email or phone, to advise you of the issue and will promptly issue a refund or credit according to your preference.
